Whether you’re a die-hard football fan or don’t know the difference between a touchdown and a kick-off, Super Bowl Sunday is a fabulous day to eat, drink and be merry with friends. Problem is the fare is usually high in salt (pretzels, chips & dip), loaded with carbs (pizza, hoagies) and super greasy (wings, nachos… you get the picture).
