Who doesn’t love pizza? Although I live in NYC, the land of delicious dough, I admittedly still enjoy California Pizza Kitchen. I can usually get my fix with just one slice, but when I can’t make it out I’m always tempted to pop one of their frozen options in the oven. When choosing your pie, you may be surprised to learn that sharing it at the restaurant is better for you than eating the CPK For One Frozen Pizzas. One slice of the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza on Honey Wheat Crust contains 162 calories, 15 grams of fat and 383 milligrams of sodium. Compare that to For One Frozen BBQ option, which has 500 calories, 13 grams of fat and 710 milligrams of sodium. Since I’m more likely to finish off an entire pizza solo in my apartment, I think I’ll be dining out instead where my friends and I can all share.
