Some of my favorite things about fall (besides wearing boots and sweaters) are the comforting fall flavors. When the weather turns cool, I love to eat Butternut Squash Soup – it’s comforting and delicious.

Soup can be tricky because there is often a lot of cream, sugar and sodium are involved to enhance the taste. Amy’s offers a great option that is low in sodium and fat. The Organic Low Sodium Butternut Squash soup contains 100 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, and 290 milligrams of sodium per one-cup serving. Each can holds two servings, so you can enjoy the whole thing – guilt-free.

If only sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top could be as healthy.

Amy’s Soups are very good. Sometimes they are a little bland. The good news is you can add your own herbs and spices to enliven the taste of the soup! I would recommend Amy’s Soups.
