little luxury report  200The Little Luxury: Neutrogena Body Lotion Light Sesame Formula

Rhymes with:  Deutrogena Dody Dotion

Relationship Status:  Person and lotion they use

Nickname: Neut

How it works: You apply it to parts of your body that seem dry or itchy. It’s lotion; if you’re having trouble with the ruling philosophy, Google it.

Does it do what it says it’ll do? This lotion is meant to be the blandest possible moisturizing option. It’s neutrally scented and non-greasy, despite the inclusion of sesame oil. It’s unoffensive and unobtrusive, but effective – won’t get in the way of perfumes or rub off on clothes, which I like. It does what it says it’s going to do at a reasonable price without making ridiculous promises, and gold star for that. A workmanlike lotion to get the job done.

Lessons Learned: I don’t struggle with allergies, but I can imagine that this might be a good option for those who are (unless, of course, you’re allergic to sesame oil.)

It might be just me but…:  People are silly to drop mad scratch on lotion all the time. This can be found at your local drugstore for mere ones (rather than tens) of dollars.

Putting a price on it: $5.99 at drugstore.com

Hot Stone Scale: 6 out of 6
