With SPA WEEK® Spring 2010 around the corner, it’s busy season and we’re looking for an all-star player to add to our team. The candidate must have: a college degree (or be currently attending college), relevant work/internship experience, great organizational and time-management skills, and be a very fast learner.

Realms of responsibility:

Social Media

– Assisting me (thanks!) with our presence on all social media sites. Must be a savvy Twitterer (no newbies) with a knowledge of the blogosphere and how to build buzz online. Responsibilities will include: project management assistance, video projects, creative planning, possible blogging on Spa Week Daily (good writing skills is a plus), research, mundane information logging… the list goes on.

Sales and Spa Week 2010 Planning

– Assisting our sales team in adding information to our spa database, doing market research, event planning, administrative tasks and other duties.

Public Relations

– Assisting our in-house PR Team in organizing press clippings, potentially writing press releases, handling media requests, and various administrative PR duties.

The Spa Week Media Group headquarters are located in New York City’s Flatiron district. The position is part-time, paid, with potential for long-term placement.
