The Little Luxury: Dashing Diva’s Concrete Playground

Relationship status: The first date was fabulous… now I’ve got it wrapped around my fingers. I’m hooked, except now my roommates are too and I have never really been into sharing like that.

A little dash of history: In 2003, Dashing Diva launched the world’s first branded chain of nail spas with an inventive menu of products and services, exclusive to the worldwide Dashing Diva salons. Just last year, the Dashing Diva’s polish collection expanded outside of their chain into (and onto) hands everywhere.

DIY: I love this polish because it goes on exceptionally smooth and coats well for an easy DIY mani or pedi.

Quoted: Dashing Diva is always coming out with emerging color trends for the season, and for Spring 2010 the color on everyone’s fingers is gray—Concrete Playground to be exact. “Gray just feels so chic,” says nail polish enthusiast Michelle Mismas. “It’s a great neutral that isn’t at all boring. Depending on the shade you wear, it can be fresh and clean or sexy and vampy. Plus, if you find the right tone, it can be flattering on anyone!”

As seen on… everyone from Megan Fox and Alessandra Ambrosio to Agyness Deyn and Seal! I guess he wanted a little extra pizzazz at the Emmys…

Best when paired… with a good top coat, neon brights, mixed metal bangles, and Heidi Klum.

How much: A manicure at Dashing Diva is $15 and the polish is $8 a bottle. Buy it online HERE, and visit dashingdiva.com for location listings.
