“The best kind of leader: one who creates independence, not dependence.” —Gloria Steinem in her 1992 book Revolution From Within

Leaders come in all forms from Green Bay Packers Coach Vince Lombardi to South African President Nelson Mandela to Captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise James T. Kirk. One thing they have in common is that they were all born to lead. Even if you’re a born leader there’s always room for improvement. Analyzing your leadership skills will help you better connect with your followers (we’re sure you have many).

The following tips provide some important qualities to up your leadership game.

Two leaders in the spa industry were together last week during Spa Week’s Media Party. ISPA was proud to be one of many great participants at the event. As the voice of the industry ISPA is dedicated to bringing those in the spa industry the best resources available. What does that mean for you? ISPA members are the cream of the crop, so be sure to make your next spa appointment at an ISPA member spa. Don’t forget to book your $50 treatments for Spa Week today (Seriously, what are you waiting for?).

Like what you’re clicking? If you’re in the spa industry, we encourage you to become a member of our partner ISPA, The International Spa Assoication; weekly e-mails with pointers like these are just one small part of the package to help you succeed!
