Bob is 62, wears a coat and tie everyday and is about to retire from his nine-to-five job. Jennifer is 38, just had her second child and is constantly on the go. She spends half her time working in her office and the other half on her blackberry while in the carpool line. Preston is 26, prefers flip flops and works from home or wherever he can take his laptop in-between graduate classes. They all work for the same company and, not surprisingly, have trouble communicating with each other.

Today’s workforce is made up of three main (and very different) generations. Here are tips on bringing the boomers, Gen Xers and Millenials together for a more productive work environment.
