Why didn’t we hear about this sooner?!

We’re excited to introduce Manicube, a hot new company painting the town red (or should we say “painting fingertips all over town”).

Manicube is currently only available in NYC, but not to worry — they’re in the midst of planning expansion to other major cities.

So what is it? Well, it’s only the most brilliant idea we’ve heard of since Spa Week! Manicube is an in-office manicure service – they come to you AT WORK, bringing the cutting, filing, polishing and even cuticle clipping glory all to your personal desk or office conference room.

And employers, not to worry – this little pick-me-up won’t ever have to interfere with work. Manicures are just 15 minutes each (20 minute appointments include drying time), and you can cancel your appointment if you get pulled into a meeting or your conference call runs late. In fact, we bet this service increases productivity by creating happier employees!

Manicube will arrive stocked with Essie, OPI, Deborah Lippmann and Chanel (for an extra $3 charge) giving you a solid color selection.  A full-service (albeit a quickie one) manicure is just $15, executed in three precise steps: Prep, polish, dry.

This amazing idea makes it so much easier for the working girl to fit in some important personal grooming. Companies like Birchbox, Gilt Groupe, Meredith, Ralph Lauren and Unilever have already signed up, allowing employees the luxury of perfect primped nails on their lunch break. No more sneaking in a quick file or touch-up at your desk when no one’s looking!

Want to feel even better about trying Manicube? For every manicure given, they donate $1 to help fund microloans for women entrepreneurs in the developing world, through a company called Kiva. Working women helping less fortunate women achieve their goals? That’s awesome!

On behalf of Spa Week, we say… sign us up!
