Peanut butter lovers, this is your time – literally. November is Peanut Butter Lovers month and with the cold weather making an early appearance (plus Thanksgiving on the horizon) we couldn’t think of a better time to revel in this satisfying comfort food. The best part – peanut butter is different from typical comfort foods like mac ‘n cheese because of the array of health benefits it provides. Peanut butter is chock-full of protein, essential fats and heart healthy potassium, making this treat (in moderation) an essential diet staple.
