Tip #5: Laughter

They say laughter is the best medicine and it’s true. Anytime I need a shift in energy or would like to invoke the powerful energy of joy, I seek laughter. Comedy shows, movies, skits, comics or reminiscing about funny memories does the trick most of the time. A good deep belly laugh can melt away stress and raise my vibration immediately, helping to wash away concerns and regain a new perspective. I choose to practice laughter daily to maintain my happiness quotient.
