“Since an early age, I’ve been intrigued by the idea of design evolution,” said Phillip Lim in a press release. “One of the reasons I wanted to collaborate with Target is because I felt that together we could create a collection that would inspire–one that is cool and chic, but still very accessible.”

Lim’s clothing is sleek, modern, minimalist with vintage detailing. His collection for Target is divided into three sections:  Night (which includes cami and tap pants), Noon and morning.

A sheath cocktail dress ($49.99) has inverted pleats and half rhinestone and beaded collar that’s reminiscent of something from the mid 60s. Low-waist sky blue pants are cropped at the ankle ($39.99) a la Jackie O, a men’s charcoal gray cardi’s ($34.99) an updated version of a Letterman’s. There’s everything from trench coats for women, leather jackets for guys, sweaters for both and more.
