Labor Day Lounger Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Shellback Silver Rum 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup 6 Basil Leaves 4 Pineapple Cubes – 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch roughly 25 Fresh Blueberries 1 ounce Club Soda Blueberries & Pineapple for Garnish Directions: Muddle basil leaves, pineapple and blueberry in cocktail shaker. Add rum, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously to infuse basil flavor well. Strain into large rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple and blueberries. Kiwi Colada Ingredients: 2 ounces Shellback Spiced Rum 1 ounce Cream of Coconut 1 Kiwi – Skinned & Sliced 6 Fresh Pineapple Cubes 3 Watermelon Cubes 12 ounces Crushed Ice Kiwi Slice for Garnish Directions: Place all ingredients in blender, saving one kiwi slice for garnish. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into goblet. Garnish with kiwi and watermelon slice. Peacock Tail Ingredients: 1.5 oz Pavan 1 oz Gin or Vodka .5 oz fresh lemon juice Ingredients: Shake, strain into ice-filled Collins Glass. Garnish with mint. Add rum, lime juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously to infuse mint flavor well. Strain into highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of mint. Pavan Sangria Ingredients: 1 bottle Pavan 1 bottle Perrier® Sliced fresh fruits Directions: Pour Pavan into a pitcher with ice, add Perrier® sparkling water. Top with sliced fresh fruits. Tea & Honey Strawberry Acai Tea 1 oz Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila Prosecco Mint Strawberries Directions: Muddle mint and strawberries in a shaker.Add the Lipton Tea & Honey Iced Tea, tequila and ice in a shaker. Strain into a glass. Top with Prosecco and serve. Read 9 Tasty Rum-Based Cocktails Silver Breeze Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Camarena Silver Tequila 1/2 ounce Sauvignon Blanc 4 Kumquats 3 Basil Leaves 3 oz Soda Water Basil for Garnish Directions: Muddle kumquats and basil in a bucket glass. Add ice, tequila and Sauvignon Blanc. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with strips of basil. Pavan Iced Tea Ingredients: 2 oz Pavan 4 oz Freshly brewed black tea Directions: Stir and serve in an iced highball glass. Garnish with mint. Raspberry Mint Lemonade Created by caterer to the stars, Andrea Correale Ingredients: 2 ounces Triple Sec 2 ounces Limoncello 1 handful of raspberries 2 Oz Mint Leaves A dash of grenadine for color juice of two lemons club soda raw sugar Directions: Add raspberries and mint to the bottom of the glass and sprinkle raw sugar on tome. Muddle these ingredients until it has the appearance of jam. Add the Triple Sec, Limoncello and lemon juice to your glass. Add a dash of grenadine for color, and then add the ice and top if off with club soda. Stir and serve with a sprig of fresh mint on top! End of Summer Smash Ingredients: 2 ounces Camarena Silver Tequila 1/2 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 1/3 Cucumber, Peeled & Diced 1 Heavy Bar Spoon Agave Nectar 2 dashes Orange Bitters 1 ounce of Soda Water Lemon Wheels and Mint Sprig for Garnish Directions: Muddle cucumber thoroughly in shaker tin. Add Camarena Tequila, lemon juice, agave nectar and orange bitters. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a tall, ice-filled glass, and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheels and a mint sprig. Read Win Destination Spa Week Sparkling Blood Orange Cocktail Created by caterer to the stars, Andrea Correale Ingredients: 1/4 cup crème de cassis 1 1/2 cups strained fresh blood orange juice 1 750-ml bottle chilled sparking white wine 8 blood orange slices Directions: Start with 1 1/2 teaspoons crème de cassis.Add 3 tablespoons juice to each glass.
