Try the Kiwi Colada, Raspberry Mint Lemonade, or the aptly named End of Summer Smash Cocktail this Labor Day weekend.


Don’t be sad saying, “Bye-bye” to summer.  Instead salute it with these 12 cocktails infused the fruits of the season. We’ve got cocktails that use blueberries, pineapple, watermelon, blood orange, raspberry and so much more.  These cocktails are a great way to make sure  you get some of summer’s amazing fruit bounty.

 Labor Day Lounger

1 1/2 ounces Shellback Silver Rum

1/2 ounce Lemon Juice

1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

6 Basil Leaves

4 Pineapple Cubes – 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch roughly

25 Fresh Blueberries

1 ounce Club Soda

Blueberries & Pineapple for Garnish


Muddle basil leaves, pineapple and blueberry in cocktail shaker. Add rum, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously to infuse basil flavor well. Strain into large rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple and blueberries.

Monaco Margarita

1.5 oz Pavan

1.5 oz Silver Tequila

.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice

.25 oz fresh lime juice


Garnish with or without salt

Shake and strain into ice-filled rocks glass.

 Kiwi Colada

2 ounces Shellback Spiced Rum

1 ounce Cream of Coconut

1 Kiwi – Skinned & Sliced

6 Fresh Pineapple Cubes

3 Watermelon Cubes

12 ounces Crushed Ice

Kiwi Slice for Garnish


Place all ingredients in blender, saving one kiwi slice for garnish. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into goblet. Garnish with kiwi and watermelon slice.

Peacock Tail



1.5 oz Pavan

1 oz Gin or Vodka

.5 oz fresh lemon juice


Shake, strain into ice-filled Collins Glass.

Garnish with mint.

Raspberry Watermelon Mojito

1 1/2 ounces Shellback Silver Rum

1/2 ounce Lime Juice

1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

10 Mint Leaves

3 Watermelon Cubes – 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 inch roughly

6 Fresh Raspberries

1 1/2 ounces Club Soda

Mint Sprig for Garnish


Muddle mint leaves, watermelon and raspberries in cocktail shaker. Add rum, lime juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously to infuse mint flavor well. Strain into highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Pavan Sangria



1 bottle Pavan

1 bottle Perrier®

Sliced fresh fruits


Pour Pavan into a pitcher with ice,

add Perrier® sparkling water.

Top with sliced fresh fruits.

Strawberry Moji-tea

4 oz. Tea & Honey Strawberry Acai Tea

1 oz Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila





Muddle mint and strawberries in a shaker.Add the Lipton Tea & Honey Iced Tea, tequila and ice in a shaker. Strain into a glass. Top with Prosecco and serve.

Silver Breeze

1 1/2 ounces Camarena Silver Tequila

1/2 ounce Sauvignon Blanc

4 Kumquats

3 Basil Leaves

3 oz Soda Water

Basil for Garnish


Muddle kumquats and basil in a bucket glass. Add ice, tequila and Sauvignon Blanc. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with strips of basil.

Pavan Iced Tea

2 oz Pavan

4 oz Freshly brewed black tea


Stir and serve in an iced highball glass.

Garnish with mint.

Raspberry Mint Lemonade

2 ounces Triple Sec

2 ounces Limoncello

1 handful of raspberries

2 Oz Mint Leaves

A dash of grenadine for color

juice of two lemons

club soda

raw sugar


Add raspberries and mint to the bottom of the glass and sprinkle raw sugar on tome. Muddle these ingredients until it has the appearance of jam.

Add the Triple Sec, Limoncello and lemon juice to your glass. Add a dash of grenadine for color, and then add the ice and top if off with club soda. Stir and serve with a sprig of fresh mint on top!

2 ounces Camarena Silver Tequila

1/2 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

1/3 Cucumber, Peeled & Diced

1 Heavy Bar Spoon Agave Nectar

2 dashes Orange Bitters

1 ounce of Soda Water

Lemon Wheels and Mint Sprig for Garnish


Muddle cucumber thoroughly in shaker tin. Add Camarena Tequila, lemon juice, agave nectar and orange bitters. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a tall, ice-filled glass, and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheels and a mint sprig.

Sparkling Blood Orange Cocktail

1/4 cup crème de cassis

1 1/2 cups strained fresh blood orange juice

1 750-ml bottle chilled sparking white wine

8 blood orange slices


Start with 1 1/2 teaspoons crème de cassis.Add 3 tablespoons juice to each glass. Fill each glass with sparkling white wine, then stir gently. Garnish cocktails with slices of blood orange .
