Will a tube of the DNA Serum Lab Formulated Temple Viper Venom reverse the signs of aging? I’m skeptical when it comes to products that claim they can make wrinkles disappear, give your skin a more youthful appearance and do as Cher once sang, “If I could turn back time.” Back in early August, I was given a tube of the DNA Serum Lab Formulated Temple Viper Venom (14 ml for $59.95, dnaserum) to try. I was a bit taken aback by its packaging: The serum comes in tube that looks like a syringe. You touch the plunger and a small measured amount of the serum comes out of the pointy end. Read Happiness Is a Free Spa Treatment The first two weeks I tried it, I was really assiduous about applying it in the morning, then again at night before I went to bed. I was told to combine the serum with a moisturizer, so I did. I noticed that the serum dried quickly and seemed to melt right into my skin. For the sake of full disclosure, I have a few small lines, nothing deep or big. Now this DNA Serum Lab Formulated Temple Viper Venom is formulated specifically for your under eye area. I didn’t just apply it there. I applied it to the skin between my eyebrows: After years of squinting in bright sunlight, I suddenly noticed two slight lines. I applied it all over my forehead, my lip line area and even my jaw line. Okay, so I didn’t exactly follow directions. About three weeks into testing out this product, I got a little sloppy. I’d sometimes remember to do it day and night; sometimes I’d just do it at night. A couple days in a row, I’d plain forget to apply it at all. Read Win a Spa Retreat for Two Four weeks into testing, I met up with a friend for an afternoon of shopping and food. Exhausted after an afternoon of trying on clothing, we sat outside at a restaurant to eat. So, I’m sitting outside in bright sunshine and ask my friend if she noticed anything different about my skin. Her immediate response was that my forehead looked amazing. I’ve never had a wrinkly forehead, but to hear that it looked great was pretty terrific. I asked her if she noticed anything else about my face. She just replied that my skin looked really, really good. It actually worked. It reduced the fine lines under my eyes, between my eyebrows and my forehead’s clear. It’s my new best friend.
