If you’re in NYC this weekend and looking for a fun and fulfilling workout, you’re in luck! This Sunday May 4th marks the 2014 Five Boro Bike Tour, where cyclists will be able to bike through Manhattan and beyond!

The largest recreational cycling event in the U.S., the Five Boro Bike Tour is an opportunity not to be missed. Over 30,000 riders band together to bike for 42 miles around New York City, and all roads are reserved for cyclists only.

The route shown in the map below will take you through all five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island) and even across the city’s five major bridges. Finishing off on the Staten Island Ferry, participants of the Five Boro Bike Tour are guaranteed an unforgettable adventure.

Standard Registration is $90 and VIP Registration is $325, and although it may seem pricey, proceeds go to a good cause. The charity bike ride supports Bike New York’s free bike education classes, which successfully taught over 15,000 New Yorkers how to bike last year alone.

Check out the Five Boro Bike Tour route below, and tell us if you’ll be cycling for a good cause this Sunday!
