Looking to shake up (or in the case, blend up) your morning breakfast? We tried this delicious smoothie from Eat It To Beat It—and let’s just say it gave our egg whites a run for their money. Not only thanks to the taste (which was fab!) but the nutritional value is unparalleled. The fruits for this recipe were chosen based on color—blue, red and purple—because they contain anthocyanins, which are known to help improve cognitive function. Read: exactly what we need when we first wake up!

Whip this smoothie up before your next big meeting or exam for the perfect AM brain boost!
