Workout on-the-go or in your home without losing intensity thanks to new service, Crunch Live. Have you ever wished you could pack up your home gym and bring it with you on your summer vacation? Well it’s 2014, and anything is possible! While you might not be able to lug your elliptical along in your carry-on, you can now subscribe to Crunch Live and take a truly effective workout with you anywhere. For just $9.99 a month, you’ll get access to Crunch Live, which is the gym’s new website filled with broadcasts of workout classes. They are in the format of a workout video (lead instructor, one advanced and beginner level model behind), but better—because unlike a workout video, Crunch Live is constantly being updated with new material. You can try different cardio classes like kickboxing, aerobics and lyrical hip hop. Or, if that’s not your thing, there’s always yoga, Pilates, and core conditioning. Plus, you can cater your workout to the equipment you have in your home or on your trip (some require free weights and mats) and to the amount of time you have (15 minute quickies to full hour long sessions!). They have even added the ability to make the website personalized to your preferences–you can track your favorites, create playlists and rate your experiences. There are tons of exercise routines to choose from. So far, we’ve tried three and have to say that we are truly impressed! Ab Attack with Deborah Sweets After just a few minutes of following Deborah’s moves my core was seriously burning. The instructions were easy to follow and you can move as quickly as you’d like to vary the intensity of your workout. This was an awesome way to work your abs at home with no equipment required! Ripped Rapid Cardio with Justin Flexen If you’re looking to fit in a quick workout that will definitely get your heart pumping, this is an excellent option. You’ll need free weights to add to the intensity. In just 15 minutes, Justin had me sweating like I was running on the treadmill at the gym! Brazilian Burn N’ Firm Pilates with Michele Bastos Brazilian fitness instructor Michele is taking you down south to her hometown in Brazil, where as she says it, women are known for having “small waistline, strong hips and a tight boom-boom.” If that sounds like a body you want, this is definitely the class for you!
