Best Actress Winner Julianne Moore’s skin looked #flawless at the Oscars. Skincare guru Joanna Vargas reveals how you can see the same results at home!

While the Internet is buzzing about the best and worst dressed from last night’s Oscars and after-parties, we must admit that we can’t stop thinking about the gorgeous glow that Hollywood’s hottest celebs were rocking on the red carpet.

We were particularly impressed by Best Actress Winner Julianne Moore’s youthful, radiant complexion and 50 Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson’s seemingly pore-less porcelain skin. Sienna Miller was another star who strutted the red carpet with a flawless face, and after gathering a little bit of intel, we discovered that these stunning celebs all have one secret weapon in common: Joanna Vargas.

As one of the most in-demand skincare gurus, it’s no surprise that Joanna went straight to the stars to get them red-carpet ready. Joanna enhanced her celebrity favorite Triple Crown Facial to include a custom mask blended with kale, citrus and amazing antioxidants that oxygenate the complexion. As a final touch, Joanna performed her Full Body Oxygen Treatment, because we all know that on Oscars night the A-list like to show a little bit of skin.

While a specialized Triple Crown Facial with Joanna retails for $550, some expert tips and tricks can help you achieve similar results at home. Luckily, we got the inside scoop from Joanna Vargas herself, who reveals how you can get an award-winning glow without spending a fortune.

1. Oxygenate the Skin – My celebrity clients use my Daily Serum as their secret weapon to keeping a glow in their complexion. Based on my love of green juices, the serum contains chlorophyll, galactoarabinan and oat grass juice which oxygenate the skin while stimulating cell turnover and lymphatic drainage.

2. Exfoliate While You Sleep – Exfoliation acts as a mini facial that brings your glow back immediately. My favorite at-home technique is super simple. I cleanse the skin and then apply my Exfoliating Mask to sleep in overnight. It will flatten any breakouts that you may have, and I love that it evens out pigment so you look even-toned and fresh in the morning.

3. Create Your Own Mask – If you can’t get to the salon before a big event, you can always create your own mask at home. This easy to make, all-natural mask is great for exfoliating sensitive skin. Apply onto skin using downward circles for a few minutes. The motion will stimulate the lymphatic system and help to rid the tissue of any impurities. Continue to leave it on the skin for 10 minutes. The lactic acid in the mask will assist in resurfacing the skin while the olive oil will act as an anti-inflammatory. Rinse with lukewarm water. To make at home, combine the following ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
