In honor of the upcoming World Penguin Day, we’re bringing you an adorable nail art tutorial. This Saturday, April 25th, marks World Penguin Day, and what better way to celebrate than with an adorable manicure featuring our flightless little friends? What you need: Deborah Lippmann nail polish in “Fade to Black” Deborah Lippmann nail polish in “Amazing Grace” Deborah Lippmann nail polish in “Lara’s Theme” Deborah Lippmann top/base coat in “Hard Rock” 1 dotting tool 1 small paint brush What to do: Start by painting each nail with “Hard Rock” and allow it to dry completely. Paint each nail with “Fade to Black.” Make sure to allow time for this to fully dry to avoid mixing with the lighter colors you’re about to apply. Using the small paint brush, draw the belly of the penguin with “Amazing Grace.” Clean the brush when finished. Use the larger size of your dotting tool to add two white eyes above each stomach. Allow the stomach and the eyes to completely dry before moving on. Use the smaller side of your dotting tool to add a black pupil in the center of each eye. Use the small paint brush to add a beak and little feet with “Lara’s Theme.” Once the polish is fully dry, add a top coat of “Hard Rock.” Then, you’re good to go!
