Lately my fellow Spa Week staffers have been whipping up some delicious juice and protein shake recipes. Since the kitchen is super close to the editorial enclave, I often hear the roar of the blender followed by chatter about topics such as the proper ratio of coconut milk to blueberry. The smoothie lab was mostly just background noise to me, until one day I heard someone speak of my favorite trifecta: chocolate, peanut butter and bananas.

The recipe became so popular around the office that we emptied a huge tub of BodyLab’s Decadent Chocolate Fudge TastyShake in less than two weeks. I think it’s safe to say we have a little bit of a sweet tooth problem around here. Check out our simple recipe and try our delicious energy boosting shake for yourself!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of BodyLab TastyShake in Decadent Chocolate Fudge
  • 8 oz of almond milk
  • Ice


Easy: Combine all of the ingredients in your blender, and enjoy!
