Mani Monday: An Easy Flower Nail Art Tutorial Nichole Vasti All Stories, Beauty, Mani Monday, Nails Brighten up your summer with this easy flower nail art tutorial brought to us by guest writer Nichole Vasti! What You Need: All In One 3 Way Glaze from essie (base coat) Deborah Lippmann – Like Dreamers Do Deborah Lippmann – Break 4 Love Any yellow polish will do — I used Almost Famous by Color Club Any silver sparkle polish — I chose Queen of Beauty by Sinful Colors Speed Coat Pro from Ciate (dries super fast) Toothpick Instructions: Apply a base coat to clean nails. I used essie All In One 3 Way Glaze. Polish both your ring and middle fingers with “Break 4 Love.” Polish remaining fingers with “Like Dreamers Do.” Wait 10-15 minutes for polish to dry. Using a toothpick, apply 5 white dots to your nails, forming a small circle. If need be, fill in with an additional dot or two. It’s okay if the dots are not perfect — no real flower is perfect! Wait 5 minutes for polish to dry to avoid smudging the pedals. Apply one yellow dot to the center of each flower. I added some extra sparkle to my manicure by polishing my index finger nail. Wait 20-30 minutes before applying top coat. You do not want to smudge the flowers! Apply a generous amount of Ciate top coat. Tip: If the brush does not have a generous amount of top coat, the brush will grab the colored polish and ruin the manicure. Trust me, I have made this mistake! That’s it! Now you know how to create a cute flowery manicure! For more nail art inspiration, head over to our Beauty section and follow @nichole_bryanna on Instagram!
