Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. Chia SeedsLow in carbs and high in protein for sustained energy.
  • 4 dessert spoons Hemp PowderPure, plant-based protein.
  • 2 tsp. Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Instant energy boost, with essential fatty acids for fuel.
  • 1 tsp. Ashwagandha PowderEnergizing and stamina-boosting.
  • 1 tsp. Rhodiola PowderEndurance and recovery enhancing. This superfood helps our bodies utilize energy.
  • 4 heaping tsp. Raw Cacao PowderRich in minerals for energy.
  • 2 heaping tsp. Lacuma PowderA low G.I. natural sweetener.
  • 2 dessert spoons Hemp SeedsGreat protein source.
  • 1 Banana. Great energy source.
  • 3 tsp. Almond ButterAn excellent source of minerals and protein.
  • 500 ml. Oat Milk. B Vitamins for sustained energy.

Instructions:

  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to your blender and mix thoroughly until smooth.
