Be the envy of all your friends this 4th of July with red, white and beautiful nails!

What You Need:

  • All In One 3 Way Glaze from essie (base coat)
  • essie – Dress to Kilt
  • essie – Blanc
  • essie – Butler Please
  • Sinful Colors – Queen of Beauty
  • Nail Tape – Available on Amazon
  • Rhinestones – Available on Amazon
  • Dotting Tool – Available on Amazon or toothpick
  • Tweezers
  • Scissors

Instructions:

Ring Finger

1. Apply a small strip of blue nail tape to the side of your bare nail (do not apply base coat first).

2. Repeat the first step with the red tape leaving a tiny gap between the blue.

3. Take the silver tape and apply it 1/4 away from the top of your nail.

4. Apply a dab of 3 Way Glaze where the silver meets the red and blue tape. Using a tweezer apply your rhinestone.

5. Apply a generous amount of 3 Way Glaze to this nail. You want to make sure that both the shiny nail tape and the rhinestone are secure.

Middle Finger

1. Apply your base coat.

2. Using the dotting tool (or toothpick) draw two red dots close to each other. Using the excess polish pull each dot to form a V-shape. This will now look like a tiny heart! Continue with this method adding blue and white hearts to your nail.

3. Add some silver sparkle between the hearts for some extra shine!

4. Wait 20 minutes before applying top coat. You do not want to smudge the hearts!

Index Finger

  1. Apply your base coat.
  2. Taking the brush of your red polish dab messy dots covering your nail. These are not supposed to be perfect, in fact the messier the better!
  3. Add blue messy dots over the red polish.
  4. Continue with the messy dots by adding white polish over the red and blue.
  5. Before the red, white and blue dries totally add your clear silver glitter. This will now smudge your messy dots! You want this to happen!
  6. Wait 10 minutes before adding your top coat.
  7. There you go, a work of art on your index finger!

Thumb & Pinky

I decided to add Butler Please to my pinky and Dress to Kilt on my thumb. I applied the clear silver glitter over both nails for some extra pop.

Feel free to try all of these designs like I did or just add an accent nail with one of the ideas listed above. Either way you’re sure to shine. Happy 4th!
