What You Need:

-Teen Cage Riot by Smith & Cult
-Chasing Rainbows by OPI
-Cuckoo For This Color by OPI
-dress to kilt by essie
-blanc by essie
-all in one by essie
-Glosser by Orly
-Nail Dotting Tool by essence
-Scotch Tape
-Scissors

Instructions:

1. Santa Hat (Ring Finger) – Cut two pieces of scotch tape. Apply the tape to the top corners of your nail forming a V shape. Polish inside the tape using “dress to kilt”. Remove the scotch tape slowly.Using the dotting tool, apply a dot to the tip of the red triangle. Next, use the dotting tool to draw in the white at the base of the hat. This should not be a perfect line. It looks better to create some texture as most Santa hats are fluffy. Finish the hat off with a bit of gold glitter by “Smith & Cult”.

2. Candy Canes (Middle Finger) – The dotting tool will help you create this design. Apply red polish to the smaller end of the dotting tool.Dab the red dots onto your nail but be sure to leave a small space in between each one. These dots should start to form into a cane shape. After applying the red dots clean off your tool. You will now use white polish to apply dots between each of the red dots. This will complete your candy cane design.

3. Pinky – Polish your nail with “Teen Cage Riot”. Using the larger side of your dotting tool apply a dab of green. Dot the green over the silver glitter.

4. Pointer Finger – This nail was a bit tedious, I am not going to lie! I used “Chasing Rainbows” for this next step. This particular glitter consists of a variety of colors. I picked out green, red, gold and silver pieces using the dotting tool. I individually applied each piece of glitter to my nail.

5. I finished my cheery manicure with silver glitter on my thumb.
