Luckily, we’ve spoken to Jessica Fishman Levinson – a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of Nutritioulicious. Nutritioulicious is a nutrition communications and consulting business designed to help individuals and corporate clients be the healthiest they can be. She is going to give you the inside scoop on how to stay healthy in 2016 with some delicious and nutritious alternatives to unhealthy recipes. Butternut Sage Risotto Balls with Lemon Honey Drizzle o These savory brown rice balls are crisp on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. Filled with butternut squash, fresh sage, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese, they are an indulgent side dish or hors d’oeuvre not to be missed! 5-Ingredient Orange Maple Salmon o Sweet and tangy orange maple salmon takes less than 30 minutes to make and has only five ingredients. The perfect weeknight meal for the whole family! o Chili-Lime Roasted Butternut Squash o Roasted butternut squash paired with zesty lime, bright and flavorful cilantro, and a bit of kick from chili powder. Plus a great source of beta-carotene!
