Cure Dry, Chapped Lips With One Easy Kit Spa Week Editor All Stories, Beauty, Lips 30 Comments My pout has been so chapped this winter that I’ve woken up a few times with a cracked, bloody lip. Not only is this super unsightly, but it hurts a lot too. I’ve tried every nourishing lip product I could think of in every price range, but this season my lips are having none of it. When I learned about Bliss Fabulips Treatment Kit I knew I had to try it because it promised to give my lips a much-needed 180-degree makeover. As I opened the set of adorably packaged goodies I mentally said goodbye to my painfully dry lips. It had been weeks since my lips were in good enough condition for lipstick and glosses, they’d been so parched I hadn’t even bothered to try. Hopefully, this collection would whip my lips into tip top shape so I could finally bust out my favorite deep winter reds and purples. Here’s my review of all the products included in the four step kit: 1. Foaming Lip Cleanser – I’ve never used a foaming lip cleanser before so I was excited to try this one. Just a tiny dab is all you need to lift away impurities. Once removed, my lips felt completely cleansed and had already started to show signs of improvement. 2. Fabulips Sugar Lip Scrub – I love me some sugar lip scrub, so I was excited to bust out this second step to polish my lips and remove dead skin cells. As far as lip scrubs go, this is by far one of the best I’ve ever used. Not only did it smell delicious and remove all signs of flaking, but it was super gentle. After using this scrub, my lips didn’t feel chaffed or raw, just polished and pretty. 3. Fabulips Instant Lip Plumper – This minty lip plumper is packed with cork tree extract and a blend of peptides to not only plump lips, but leaves them silky smooth. At first I was nervous to put this on my formerly chapped lips because in my experience lip plumpers are harsh and have the tendency to sting. I didn’t want to erase all the progress steps one and two had just made, but I figured I would give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised that this plumper didn’t irritate my lips or cause dryness. Instead, my lips felt moisturized and soft, with a hint of extra volume to boot. 4. Fabulips Softening Lip Balm – The final step in this routine is simple. Just swipe on Fabulips Softening Lip Balm for the ultimate dose of nourishment and hydration. Ever since discovering this balm, I keep it handy at all times so I can give my lips a hit of moisture whenever they’re starting to look or feel parched. After using this kit for just a few days, my lips are healthier and more beautiful than they’ve been in a very long time. This kit really gave me all the tools I needed to condition, soften, and smooth my pout. It’s worked so well I’ve even been able to wear lipstick for the first time this winter.
