Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound to 1 pound medium-size cocktail shrimp – cooked, deveined with he tails removed
  • 2 plum red tomatoes
  • 1 garlic cloce – minced or chopped
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, diced (keep the seeds in them)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chili sauce (spicy if you like)
  • 1/4 cup of freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/2 avocado diced and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • Add salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Tortilla chips
