Apparently, the entire world (or most people I speak with) have an immense love for avocados. I happen to be one of them. I literally wake up excited to eat an avocado. You know how those fitness fanatics wake up ready to kill their workout(s) of the day? Yeah, that’s me but with avocados. I have the tendency to become obsessive with certain foods, health trends and just about anything (Thanks a lot, Virgo Traits), but my avocado obsession stands out most. Why? Well for one, an avocado a day notably decreases your cholesterol. Two, it helps prevent certain diseases like heart disease, brain disease and cancers.
