Global Wellness Day is June 9th. To celebrate, we are using the next 9 days to remind you that wellness is our number one priority – and hopefully yours too! Here at Spa Week, we celebrate wellness everyday. This week we are sharing all favorite ways to incorporate wellness into our daily routines.

-Walk for 45 minutes

-Drink eight 8 oz glasses of water in one day

-Make yourself a healthy lunch or dinner

-Eat a real, complete breakfast

-Go to sleep by 10pm


-Do yoga or meditate
