Here at Spa Week, we’re all about holistic wellness– taking care of your body, mind, skin, and spirit. One of the best ways to take care of your whole self? Vitamins. We’ve rounded up the best vitamins for your immune system, for stress levels, and for your skin this year. One of our very favorite vitamins is Vitamin C– the powerhouse ingredient that can clear your skin, reduce stress, and boost your immune system. It really can do it all!

Benefits

The power of Vitamin C could be endless– there are a ton of benefits that we haven’t researched enough to know the full effects. What we do know is that vitamin C is great for your body. It doesn’t cure you of the common cold (we wish!) but it does reduce the risk of complications from colds (like pneumonia) and boosts your immune system.

It’s also a great ingredient for your skin– it reduces stress (which can lead to breakouts), reduces signs of aging, treats dark spots, and gives your skin a natural, healthy glow.

Where to Get It: Spa

Have we convinced you? Vitamin C is the ingredient you need this winter. So how do you get it? One of our favorite ways to get vitamin c is at the spa, of course.

Vitamin C facials have a ton of benefits– they can be used for exfoliation, anti-aging, and brightening treatments. Vitamin C can also be used in facial peels and other cosmetic treatments that will leave your skin looking and feeling radiant.

Where to Get It: Skincare

If you’re looking to get your vitamin C more regularly, these skincare products are great to incorporate into your daily routine. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite products below!
